The ultimate “calendar-year” endurance challenge in New River Gorge National Park. Three races, three distances, three seasons, and in three different formats. The NRG Trifecta consists of the Cabin Fever 50K(point-to-point), Falling Water 100K(4 x 25K loops), and the Rim to River 100(out-and-back). Complete them all in the same year and you’ve tackle the Trifecta! There are only 50 spots available and registration guarantees your place in all three events.

2025 Race Dates:

2/15/25 - Cabin Fever 50K

4/26/25 - Falling Water 100K

10/25/25 - Rim to River 100

Registration is opens Tuesday, October 1 @ 9pm EST and closes at midnight on Tuesday, December 10.

All NRG Trifecta finishers receive a custom belt buckle, plaque, hat, and jacket.

Due to Trifecta entry ensuring a spot in the Rim to River 100(which is a lottery entry beginning in 2025), there will be NO REFUNDS offered for drops from any of the three races by a Trifecta participant. This is to prohibit runners from using this registration to get into Rim to River and then drop from the other races in the series. For those of you who have run with us before, you know we try to have an extremely generous refund policy for our races, but we will be unable to do so for this registration.
